Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program across our Newark site in California. You will partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations, using data analytics to drive risk reduction and productivity gains.

You will build a high‑performing WHS team, nurture a culture of continuous improvement, and influence site leaders to meet safety excellence while delivering real-world solutions for our people.

Qualifications

• Five or more years leading EHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production or service operations.
• Five or more years managing people and performance.
• Experience implementing data-driven safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program across operations to reduce risk and protect associates.
• Partner with Operations leaders to weave safety into daily processes using data-driven insights.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and drive continuous improvement.
