Ferring Pharmaceuticals SA in Roseville, Minnesota, seeks a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Site Lead to establish and enforce a safety culture, lead committees, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. The role reports as Safety Officer and collaborates across the organization to drive a unified EHS program.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EHS, Industrial Hygiene or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years in a regulated industry (pharma/medical device/lab).
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations.
• Professional certification in environmental/safety (CHMM/CSP/CIH) preferred; CSP required if no other certs.
• First Aid/AED/CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Safety Committees and act as Safety Officer.
• Develop, conduct and track employee training on EHS programs.
• Maintain EHS records, licenses and regulatory reporting.
• Develop safety policies aligned with Global EHS objectives.
• Conduct job hazard analyses and recommend preventative actions.
• Inspect facilities for EHS risks and coordinate corrective actions.
