Ferring Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Site Lead to build and enforce a culture of safety and compliance across local operations in Roseville, Minnesota. You will lead the Safety Committee, develop training, and manage EHS programs in line with global objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in EHS, knowledge of OSHA/DOT/EPA, and relevant certifications. Competitive benefits and a base salary range are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years in a regulated industry (pharma, medical device or regulated laboratory).
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Professional certification in environmental or safety field preferred (CHMM/CSP/CIH).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enforce a culture of safety and compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Serve as Safety Officer and lead the Safety Committee.
• Develop, conduct, and track employee training on EHS programs.
• Maintain EHS records, licenses, and reporting to authorities.
• Develop safety policies aligned with Global EHS objectives.
• Conduct job hazard analyses and recommend corrective actions.

Conocimientos

Regulatory knowledge (OSHA/DOT/EPA)

Experience in regulated industry

First Aid/CPR

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's in EHS/Industrial Hygiene

Certifications: CHMM/CSP/CIH preferred; CSP required if no other certs
