Job summary

Nucleus RadioPharma in Rochester, MN is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to serve as onsite EHS lead, developing and managing site programs protecting staff, visitors, and environment in a highly regulated radiopharmaceutical setting.

You will partner with Radiation Safety Officer, drive compliance with OSHA, MNOSHA, AW AIR, and environmental permits, lead industrial hygiene, chemical safety, waste management, and incident investigations, and support emergency response

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in EHS.
• CSP/CIH/CHMM or progress toward certification preferred.
• HAZWOPER/OSHA 30-hour or equivalent training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite EHS lead for Rochester operations, ensuring safety across facilities and processes.
• Develop, implement and improve site EHS policies, programs, and risk assessments.
• Lead compliance with MNOSHA/OSHA, AW AIR, hazard communication, PPE, and other requirements.
