Job summary

Echo Incorporated is seeking a Safety and Security Manager for our Lake Zurich, IL facility. The role leads environmental, health, safety, and physical security across a multi-location manufacturing network, aligning with operations and engineering to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

The role governs the Safety Management System, drives governance routines, and partners with HR and Facilities on training, audits, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong OSHA and regulatory expertise.
• Proven incident investigation and WC management experience.
• Ability to influence frontline and senior leaders.
• CSP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site EHS strategy and roadmap aligned with operational goals.
• Lead safety governance and audits across multiple facilities.
• Oversee safety, security, and risk management across locations.
• Manage workers’ compensation program end-to-end.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions to reduce systemic risk.
