The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and training delivery, plus strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with Operations, Engineering, and HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial safety, EHS, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and safety management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and DOT requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Ensure timely reporting and accurate OSHA logs and safety records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HR and other departments to integrate safety into processes.
