Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. You will lead projects deploying Cority-based EHS software, guiding design, configuration, integration, and go-live activities for clients across the continental U.S.

You’ll also drive business development, pursuing leads and opportunities with existing clients and targeted accounts, while mentoring staff and collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with EHS&S software solutions, with emphasis on Cority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related.
• Experience with domains such as air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental health & safety, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, or occupational health.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment, documenting needs and guiding design specifications and go-live preparations.
• Serve as senior technical configuration expert, providing best practices and pursuing sustainment and support services.
• Assist with business development activities within the dynamic EHS&S market, driving growth and engaging with current and target accounts.
