Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. You will lead project teams to implement Cority software, advise on design and deployment, and serve as the client’s main technical contact, helping our internal teams with best practices.

This role includes business development, travel up to 15%, and a hybrid work model with remote or Arcadis office options within the continental U.S.

Qualifications

8 years of experience in EHS&S software solutions (Cority preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
Experience in air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, health & safety, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, or occupational health.

Responsibilities

Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment, including requirements, design specs, testing, and go-live readiness.
Serve as senior technical configuration expert, providing best practices and ongoing sustainment support.
Assist with business development, driving growth and client satisfaction in the EHS&S market.
