Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. This role can sit anywhere within the continental U.S. and may involve up to 15% travel to client sites.

You will lead project teams through EHS software configuration and deployment, acting as a senior technical expert on Cority and related solutions, while contributing to business development for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience working within EHS&S software solutions with emphasis on Cority preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related
• Experience with domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, health & safety, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, or occupational health

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go‑live readiness.
• Serve as senior configuration expert, providing best practices and advanced configuration; support sustainment and ongoing services.
• Assist with business development, lead generation, and opportunity pursuit within the EHS&S market to drive growth and client satisfaction
