Arcadis in the United States is seeking a Senior EHS Management System Consultant to lead deployment of Cority-based EHS software solutions for client projects. You will guide design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go‑live readiness while serving as a trusted client-facing SME and mentor to project teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with EHS&S software solutions, Cority preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Experience across domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental health & safety, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, or occupational health.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go‑live readiness.
• Serve as senior technical configuration expert, providing best practices and guidance on functionality and configuration; support sustainment and ongoing services.
• Assist with business development activities within the dynamic EHS&S market, driving growth and client satisfaction.
