Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. This role leads Cority implementations across the continental U.S., guiding design, configuration, and deployment while advising internal teams and clients.

You will contribute to business development, lead technical configuration efforts, and ensure a high‑quality client experience. Travel up to 15% is anticipated; hybrid work is available with remote options.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience working within EHS&S software solutions with emphasis on Cority preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related.
• Experience with domains such as air quality, incident management, safety, change management, audits, sustainability, environmental health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment, documenting needs and leading go‑live preparations.
• Serve as senior technical configuration expert, providing best practices and sustaining support services.
• Drive business development within the dynamic EHS&S market and nurture client relationships.
