WorkRocket near Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Corporate EHS & Risk Manager to own the strategy, lead from the field, reduce risk and shape a stronger safety culture with the autonomy to make an impact. The role offers a base salary of $90K–$110K plus up to a 15% bonus and incentives, with total compensation potential up to $135,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS and risk management experience.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Strong communication with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement company-wide EHS, safety, and risk management programs.
• Spend time in the field ensuring safety programs are followed and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage OSHA compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee DOT compliance and fleet/driver safety.
• Conduct job-site safety evaluations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare accurate safety, compliance, and risk reports for management.
• Communicate safety expectations effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.
• Work independently at active job sites and in varying outdoor weather conditions.
