Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement company-wide EHS, safety, and risk management programs
• Spend time in the field ensuring safety programs are being followed and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Manage OSHA compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee DOT compliance and fleet/driver safety
• Conduct job-site safety evaluations, audits, and risk assessments
• Prepare accurate safety, compliance, and risk reports for management
• Communicate safety expectations effectively with employees and leadership at all levels
• Work independently at active job sites and in varying outdoor weather conditions
