Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years in EHS consulting or corporate EHS roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Experience conducting EHS audits and corrective action planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS consulting projects from proposal to completion.
• Interpret OSHA, EPA and state regulatory requirements for client sites.
• Conduct EHS compliance audits, assessments, and program reviews.
• Develop EHS programs, corrective actions, and risk strategies.
• Advise clients on environmental, health, and safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets, scopes, timelines, and staffing.
• Prepare technical reports and client recommendations.
• Deliver client training, workshops, and seminars on EHS topics.
• Support due diligence for M&A projects.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new work.
• Mentor junior staff and provide QA oversight.
• Stay current on regulatory developments.
