Job summary

Cardinal Compliance Consultants, LLC is seeking a Senior EHS Consultant to independently manage complex client engagements across diverse environments. The role focuses on evaluating hazards, regulatory compliance, IH monitoring, and developing practical EHS programs.

The ideal candidate will lead training, investigations, and reporting, with strong communication skills and experience guiding leadership teams. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, health, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in consulting, manufacturing, or high-hazard settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational safety principles.
• Experience with EPA environmental requirements and exposure monitoring.
• Hands-on IH monitoring, sampling, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Certification such as CSP/CIH/CHST/ASP/CSHM preferred; OSHA 30-Hr valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client projects and manage multiple engagements with deadlines.
• Conduct EHS audits, risk assessments, and regulatory evaluations.
• Develop and implement written EHS programs and management systems.
• Provide IH monitoring, exposure assessments, and data reporting.
• Deliver technical trainings to employees, supervisors, and leadership.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions with root cause analysis.
• Support clients with OSHA inspections and regulatory inquiries.
• Build long-term client relationships through technical credibility and service.
