Job summary

Unity Technologies is building a premier EHS function and seeking a Senior EHS Program & Regional Manager to own AMER delivery and global program work-packages. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Manager, Global EHS & Corporate Sustainability and drives EHS performance across three regions.

You will craft regional policies, track laws, manage data architecture, and lead vendors while aligning with corporate standards. Strong regulatory knowledge and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or implementing Environment, Health & Safety programs at a global level.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety such as IOSH, NFPA, NEBOSH IGC1/IGC2/GC3 or OHSAS 18001.
• Knowledge of AMER EHS legal requirements and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Familiarity with EHS risk assessment methods and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work independently but able to take direction from leadership.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to short- and long-term work plans.
• Proficiency with software to develop learning materials and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS delivery across Unity’s AMER offices: policies, programs, processes to stay compliant.
• Set baselines, indicators, and targets across AMER/APAC/EMEA and report trends to leadership.
• Define data flows in EHS platforms and serve as platform admin for the function.
• Track AMER EHS laws, translate them into Unity standards and training calendars.
• Serve as the region’s lead technical advisor on health & safety.
• Manage AMER EHS vendor relationships with KPIs and contract compliance.
