Job summary

Unity Technologies is seeking a Senior EHS Program & Regional Manager to own EHS delivery across AMER offices and lead global program work-packages across AMER, APAC, and EMEA. This hybrid role combines regional ownership with a global mandate, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global EHS & Corporate Sustainability.

You will craft policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data-driven improvements through EHS platforms, baselines, indicators, and scorecards across three regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or implementing EHS programs at a global level.
• Knowledge of AMER EHS regulations and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS delivery across AMER offices and lead policies, programs, and processes.
• Define baselines, indicators, and targets for global EHS performance.
• Manage global EHS data architecture and run quality audits.
