Job summary

Agropur seeks a Senior Manager – Environmental Health and Safety to lead U.S. environmental compliance programs and support health, safety, and Process Safety Management across multiple sites. You will serve as the subject‑matter expert on environmental regulations and coordinate with site teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

The role requires a minimum of seven years in EHS within U.S. manufacturing, with a preference for a Master’s degree or related certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in environmental compliance or EHS roles within U.S. manufacturing or industrial environments required.
• Master’s Degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. environmental compliance programs and support health, safety, and PSM requirements.
• Represent Agropur on environmental committees and in regulatory engagements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the U.S. environmental management system and audit programs.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. environmental laws across sites, including permitting and reporting.
• Lead EHS audits, including OSHA safety and PSM audits and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with site Safety Managers and manage resources for EHS initiatives.
