Job summary

Agropur seeks a Senior Manager – Environmental Health and Safety in Appleton, WI or Eden Prairie, MN to lead U.S. environmental compliance and support safety programs.

You will function as a subject-matter expert on environmental regulations and oversee audits, including PSM and OSHA, while managing EHS personnel across sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least seven years in EHS within manufacturing; a Master’s or certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in environmental compliance or EHS roles within U.S. manufacturing or industrial environments required.
• Master’s Degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead US environmental compliance programs and act as SME for environmental regulations.
• Represent Agropur on environmental committees and external engagements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the US environmental management system and audits.
• Lead or support EHS audits including OSHA safety and PSM audits.
• Supervise Environmental Manager, PSM Coordinator, and coordinate with site Safety Managers.
