Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Senior Manager – Environmental Health and Safety in Appleton, WI or Eden Prairie, MN. This role leads U.S. environmental compliance programs and supports health, safety, EHS auditing, and Process Safety Management (PSM) for regulated operations, including ammonia systems.

Oversees environmental reporting and cross-site initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 7+ years in EHS within manufacturing, and prefers a Master’s or certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in environmental compliance or EHS roles in U.S. manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Master’s Degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. environmental compliance programs and support health, safety, EHS auditing, and PSM requirements.
• Represent Agropur in environmental forums and regulatory engagements.
• Develop and maintain the U.S. environmental management system and track legal compliance.
• Coordinate with site Safety Managers and manage environmental projects and budgets.
