Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Senior Manager - Environmental Health and Safety to lead U.S. environmental compliance programs, support OSHA PSM, and drive sustainability initiatives across facilities in Appleton, WI or Eden Prairie, MN.

You will oversee Ammonia refrigeration systems, manage EHS staff, and partner with site leadership to implement risk controls and regulatory reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years in environmental compliance or EHS in manufacturing, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in environmental compliance or EHS roles within U.S. manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Master's degree or certifications preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. environmental compliance programs and support EHS auditing and PSM requirements.
• Supervise Environmental Manager and PSM Coordinator or assigned resources.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the U.S. environmental management system and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with site Safety Managers and operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead EHS audits (environmental, OSHA safety, PSM) and incident investigations.
