Job summary

Agropur, inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager - Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to lead U.S. environmental compliance programs and support health, safety, auditing, and Process Safety Management.

The role oversees regulatory engagements, emissions and waste initiatives, and coordination with site teams across Eden Prairie, MN and Appleton, WI, ensuring adherence to environmental laws and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in environmental compliance or EHS roles within U.S. manufacturing or industrial environments required.
• Master's Degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. environmental compliance programs and support health, safety, EHS auditing, and PSM.
• Serve as the environmental subject-matter expert for U.S. operations.
• Represent Agropur on environmental committees and with regulators.
• Develop and maintain the U.S. environmental management system and records.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. environmental laws across sites.
• Lead or support emissions reduction, waste minimization, and resource efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with site Safety Managers and resources.
• Conduct environmental audits, OSHA safety, and PSM audits.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Master's Degree or certifications preferred
