You will build and empower a high-performing WHS team, champion continuous improvement, and shape safety culture through leadership and measurable initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years in EHS and environmental programs in manufacturing/production/service ops.
• Minimum 5+ years in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program in partnership with Operations leadership.
• Drive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing WHS team and drive continuous improvement.
