Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate EHS goals and safety strategies.
• Develop and maintain safety standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update practices accordingly.
• Design and implement employee safety training programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for permits, wastewater, and storm water.
• Manage safety programs, committees, and incentive programs.
• Conduct EHS inspections and audits.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and workers’ comp coordination.
• Ensure timely safety, environmental, and sustainability reporting.
• Procure and evaluate safety equipment as needed.
