Job summary

Aztalan Bio LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the facility's EHS programs in Johnson Creek, WI. The role oversees policies, training, audits, incident investigations, and reporting to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Responsibilities include developing safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement. Competitive benefits and a quarterly bonus are offered with a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Environment (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and permits.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate EHS goals, develop strategies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Develop and maintain written safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and update leadership on changing EHS requirements and regulations.
• Design and implement training programs on safety standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to air permits, wastewater, groundwater, and stormwater.
