Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Senior Manager to oversee EHS programs for the plant location, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and staff development. This role reports to site leadership and directly oversees the EHS team.

You will drive hazard assessments, training, and incident investigations while fostering a safety-forward culture and coordinating with Quality, Sanitation, and Maintenance to achieve safety objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma/GED is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and develops site Health and Safety programs; drives implementation with cross‑functional teams.
• Provides regulatory guidance to supervision and management on health and safety matters.
• Performs hazard assessments and recommends corrective actions.
• Conducts mandatory OSHA compliance and other relevant trainings.
• Leads injury management and workers’ compensation claims investigations.
• Champions a safety culture and leads site safety committees.
• Manages local EHS staff and contributes to site leadership planning.
