Job summary

Chatsworth Products Inc. (CPI) in Georgetown, Texas seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS across all sites and supervise three site Safety Coordinators.

You will be CPI’s primary contact with OSHA and environmental agencies, championing a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities include program management, audits, regulatory compliance (OSHA/Cal/OSHA), business continuity, budget stewardship, and sustainability efforts (ISO 14001, REACH/ROHS).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of safety experience, including 3+ in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience with budgeting, emergency planning and business continuity.
• Proficiency with EHS management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead three site Safety Coordinators across multiple sites.
• Set annual safety goals and report progress quarterly.
• Conduct regular safety audits and drive corrective actions.
• Manage corporate compliance calendar and training.
• Oversee safety recordkeeping and monthly safety huddles.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Develop and manage EHS operating budget for all sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, Cal/OSHA, NC DOL, etc.).
• Manage environmental permits, reporting and waste programs.
• Support sustainability initiatives (ISO 14001, REACH, RoHS).
• Coordinate risk and insurance activities with HR.
• Administer EHS systems and site security.
