Chatsworth Products Inc. (CPI) is seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to lead environmental, health and safety across four CPI sites.

You will manage three site Safety Coordinators, serve as CPI’s liaison with OSHA and regulatory agencies, and advance a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years of safety experience including leadership, and strong knowledge of OSHA and multi-site compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 8+ years of safety experience, including 3+ in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and multi-site environmental compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, emergency planning and business continuity.
• Proficiency with EHS software and Microsoft Office.

• Lead environmental, health and safety across all CPI sites.
• Supervise three site Safety Coordinators and drive OSHA readiness.
