Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager at our Alsip, IL facility. The role leads health, safety and environmental programs and partners with facility management to ensure compliance across manufacturing and distribution operations.

You will develop and manage EHS programs, training, audits, and data reporting, with travel up to 50%. A strong background in regulatory requirements and safety leadership is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience in EHS or related field, or HS diploma with 9+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of local, state or federal environmental, health and safety regulations and how to access regulatory resources.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs to reduce workplace injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct inspections/audits to evaluate EHS program effectiveness.
• Provide SME guidance on EHS regulations and compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share best practices across the facility.
• Develop and deploy EHS training programs for all staff.
• Support emergency preparedness and incident response planning.
