Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to provide leadership and subject matter expertise across manufacturing and distribution operations. The role partners with facility leadership to build capability, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and drive continuous EHS improvement, including reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include leading EHS programs, audits, training, emergency preparedness, and coordination with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field with 6+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 9+ years in safety/risk/environmental.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of local, state, or federal environmental, health and safety regulations and how to access resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce risk.
• Serve as the facility EHS subject matter expert on compliance, environmental management, risk assessment, and injury prevention.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify gaps and verify program effectiveness.
• Manage environmental compliance programs and support OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA and other regulations.
• Analyze EHS performance metrics, develop action plans, and drive improvements using data-driven decisions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training with site leadership, legal, and regulatory agencies.
