Job summary

Teknor Apex Company seeks a Sr. Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead site-wide EHS strategy for Brownsville, TN and potentially other facilities.

You will drive OSHA and environmental compliance, risk reduction, training, and incident investigations, partnering with Operations, HR, Engineering, and site leadership to sustain a zero-incident culture. The role requires 8–10 years of EHS leadership, a four-year degree in a related field, and preferred CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive EHS experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, or CIH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide EHS strategy across multiple facilities.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance and risk reduction.
• Develop and improve EHS programs, training, and procedures.
• Lead incident investigations and apply root-cause analyses.
• Manage EHS budget and cross-functional partnerships.
• Coordinate contractor safety, health, and environmental programs.
