CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. EHS Manager to oversee a portfolio of laboratories and facilities, aligning with client safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will partner with Lab, Facilities Management, and Engineering teams to support risk assessment and safe operations.

In this role you will review procedures, lead JHAs and confined space activities, and drive continuous improvement across the account. A strong safety culture and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant EHS experience.
• CIH or CSP certifications desirable.
• Ability to convey expectations and handle problems in sensitive contexts.
• Leadership to drive operational targets across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/WISHA and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review EHS playbooks, procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Support diverse laboratory environments and identify hazards for effective controls.
• Track risks and develop strategic risk management plans to prevent incidents.
• Respond to injuries and incidents; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Engage with high-profile stakeholders to identify concerns and propose solutions.
• Monitor EHS compliance; implement strategic improvements as required.
• Ensure the portfolio meets key performance indicators.
• Lead by example and reinforce CBRE RISE values across the team.
• Identify and solve technical/operational problems within the discipline.
