Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an EHS Sr. Manager to oversee a portfolio of laboratories and client facilities, ensuring safe, compliant operations and alignment with client standards. You will review procedures, support JHAs and confined space activities, and work with operations to implement scalable safety controls.

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills are essential to lead a high-performing EHS program across the portfolio and align with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• CIH or CSP certifications are desirable.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review EHS playbooks and procedures.
• Support JHAs, Permit-Required Confined Space activities, and risk mitigation.
• Identify hazards and implement scalable controls across facilities and labs.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and drive corrective actions.
