CBRE is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor to lead a team in developing and implementing HSE programs for clients. The role is part of the Environment Health and Safety function and involves ensuring programs meet regulatory requirements and client needs.

The supervisor will monitor injury and incident performance, act as a SME for staff, oversee playbooks, and look for cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to staff.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and need for changes.
• Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as the subject matter expert.
• Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures to ensure they are current and implemented.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing service quality and respond to HSE concerns.
• Lead by example and guide team through basic practices and procedures.
