CBRE is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Associate to help develop procedures and provide operational guidance within the HSE program. The role supports monitoring injury and incident performance, participates in strategic improvements, and ensures records and permits are compliant.

You will interact with management, clients, and employees on complex regulatory findings and drive cost-reduction and quality initiatives through data-driven analysis.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret and communicate unusual or complex content concisely.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support monitoring of injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of strategic improvements to drive results.
• Verify permits, licenses, and records for compliance purposes.
• Present inspection records and violations with recommended solutions.
• Inform management and stakeholders of regulations and findings.
• Assist cost-reduction and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Impact internal teams and collaborate with related groups.
• Suggest process improvements to boost team efficiency.
