Job summary

Siemens Industry Fort Worth site is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs, ensure OSHA and ISO compliance, and foster a culture of sustainable safety.

You will communicate across all levels, coordinate audits, conduct industrial hygiene and ergonomic assessments, and drive incident reduction while partnering with operations and training to build high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years EHS experience in industrial manufacturing, supervising others.
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018.
• Experience leading and implementing occupational safety & health programs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement EHS processes and programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute EHS projects across the organization.
• Perform/coordinate industrial hygiene surveys, ergonomic evaluations, air monitoring, noise sampling.
• Work with training to develop and deliver EHS training programs.
• Participate in internal and external audits and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, and related regulations.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and outside counsel as needed.
• Ensure conformance with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
