Job summary

Salute is seeking a dynamic Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead on-site EHS programs in Barstow, TX. The role requires building and maintaining comprehensive safety, environmental, and contractor management programs for a growing hyperscale data center campus.

You will partner with customers, site leadership, and vendors to ensure OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local requirements are met. This on-site position offers strong autonomy and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Environmental Management or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible EHS experience.
• Experience developing and implementing site-specific EHS programs and safety plans.
• Experience with audits, investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site EHS programs, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead Site Safety Committees and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and customer safety requirements.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with operations, customers, contractors, and leadership to drive improvements.
