Job summary

Storm Search LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Manager – Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) to lead environmental compliance, workplace safety, and regulatory programs within a manufacturing environment.

The role will oversee environmental permits, inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting while developing and delivering employee safety training programs. It also supports Process Safety Management and OSHA compliance, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Management, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, safety programs, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage environmental permits, inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and deliver employee safety training programs.
• Maintain environmental plans and programs related to hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and emergency response.
• Support PSM, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff while partnering with facility teams and senior leadership.
