Job summary

Storm Search LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead EH&S initiatives at a large manufacturing facility on-site. You will drive OSHA compliance, develop and improve plant safety programs, and lead incident investigations across shifts.

Responsibilities include safety training, coaching supervisors, conducting inspections, and fostering a proactive safety culture with a hands-on plant-floor presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field.
• Manufacturing/industrial safety experience.
• OSHA knowledge and training delivery experience.
• Incident investigations conducted and corrective actions implemented.
• Experience with PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and OSHA compliance program development.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and walk-throughs.
• Lead safety training for employees and supervisors.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track safety metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workers' compensation activities as needed.
