Job summary

CloudHQ is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety programs for its data center operations in Manassas or Ashburn. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, incident and contractor management, and development of training for all site personnel.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of EHS experience in data center facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage permits and audits across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of federal and state regulations governing data center facilities.
• Experience managing incidents and contractor safety programs.
• Ability to design and deliver site-wide training.
• Familiarity with permit processes and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• EHS management of Data Center Operations including mechanical, electrical, security and facilities systems.
• Manage air permits from construction through annual reporting requirements.
• Maintain UST registrations and annual compliance.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and trainings conducted.
• Coordinate with leadership and regulators to minimize deficiencies and ensure corrective actions.
