Job summary

KIK Consumer Products in the United States is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety programs, oversee hazardous waste removal, and ensure OSHA and local compliance at manufacturing sites.

The role demands strong PSM/RMP knowledge, training delivery across departments, and collaboration with regulators to minimize risk and protect employees and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of environmental, health and safety compliance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical manufacturing.
• Detailed knowledge of federal, state/provincial and local EHS regulations.
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plans (RMP) or E2 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide site EHS guidance and establish site EHS objectives.
• Represent EHS on the site Leadership Team.
• Develop and execute plans to improve EHS performance.
• Manage EHS training programs for new hires, job-specific, contractors, and refresher training.
• Oversee site EHS communications and committee activities.
• Manage incident, injury reporting and investigations.
• Assist in workers' compensation claims and Return to Work programs.
