Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is hiring an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee safety programs, inspections, and hazardous waste vendors for our manufacturing site. You will train staff on emergency procedures and hazardous materials handling, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety standards.

The role requires experience in chemical manufacturing, knowledge of PSM/RMP or E2, and strong collaboration across departments to drive continuous improvement and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of environmental, health and safety compliance in a manufacturing environment, chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of federal, state and local EHS regulations.
• Experience with Industrial wastewater and potable water systems is a plus.
• Experience with PSM, RMP or E2 requirements.
• Experience supervising employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert in EHS providing site specific technical guidance.
• Establishment and maintenance of site EHS objectives and targets.
• Represents EHS on site Leadership Team.
• Development and execution of tactical and strategic plans to improve EHS performance.
• Manage the EHS training program, including new hire, job-specific, contractor and refresher training.
• Manage the site EHS Committee.
• Manage site EHS communications.
• Manage site incident and injury reporting, investigation, and recordkeeping.
• Assist in the management of worker’s compensation claims and the site KIK Return to Work program.
