Job summary

George's Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for EHS initiatives across Live Operations.

The role focuses on building an enterprise-wide EHS strategy to drive sustainability, health, and safety, while partnering with Live Operations leadership to implement improvements and measure effectiveness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of EH&S experience, or 9+ years in the domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of related experience OR 9+ years in EH&S and sustainability management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, hazard communications, and incident investigation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS function as a strategic partner for Live Operations.
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide EHS strategy for sustainability, health, and safety.
• Analyze opportunities for improvements and measure EHS solutions with leadership.
• Foster safety culture and implement new programs to minimize losses from incidents.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, inspections, and maintenance of records and reports.
• Provide EHS training to team members, supervisors, and managers.
• Assess risk levels and communicate necessary corrective actions.
