Job summary

KP Staffing is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and improve the environmental, health, and safety programs across U.S. operations.

The role will drive safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee safety systems, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization. The position reports to executive leadership and requires 10+ years of EHS leadership, OSHA 30-Hour, CSP certification, and deep knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA rules, and federal/state/local requirements.
• Experience pursuing ISO 45001 or OSHA VPP recognition is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and drive safety programs across U.S. operations.
• Mentor and develop the safety team and promote a culture of safety.
• Oversee safety systems design, implementation, and OSHA compliance.
• Advise leadership on emerging safety risks and regulatory changes.
• Analyze safety performance data and present insights to executives.
• Manage incident reporting, investigation, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Set safety orientation and training standards for staff and contractors.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between safety, operations, and engineering.
• Maintain contractor safety management systems and audits.
