Cohere Beauty, Inc. in Omaha, NE, seeks a Sr. Environment, Safety, and Health (EHS) Manager to lead EHS administration, measurement, and reporting across the enterprise.

The role also manages Site EHS Leads and drives a zero-incident safety culture while reducing the organization’s carbon footprint. This position collaborates with leaders to implement processes that ensure compliance with government rules, environmental responsibility, and safe, sustainable operations across Cohere Beauty

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience preferred; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Experience aligning OSHA requirements with environmental compliance.
• OSHA/compliance training experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for environmental, safety, and health concerns for the Omaha site.
• Develop guidelines, checklists, policies, and training content to align with best practices.
• Lead safety and environmental investigations to identify root causes.
• Coordinate preventative safety and compliance training programs and drills.
• Manage monthly EHS results reporting and participate in town halls and reviews.
• Maintain logs of inspections, incidents, and regulatory correspondence.
• Ensure Safety Data Sheets are accessible and manage emergency response coordination.
