Job summary

KPS Global is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor to join our EHS Team. The role leads day‑to‑day safety activities across our manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.

You will oversee safety programs, incident response, and training, and work closely with operations to improve safety culture and environmental performance. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of EHS experience are required;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting training and leading incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day Environmental, Health, and Safety activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and oversight of safety programs, incident response, and ongoing training.
  • Coordinate investigations of incidents and drive corrective actions.
  • Partner with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.
