Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience with OSHA and EPA regulations and reporting.
• Experience leading audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance across OSHA/EPA and local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
• Develop and enforce health and safety programs, including LOTO, confined space entry, machine guarding, and hazard communication.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and JSAs for all processes and equipment.
• Manage waste handling, recycling programs, spill prevention, and hazardous materials compliance.
• Monitor and report environmental metrics and coordinate sustainability initiatives as appropriate.
• Develop, deliver and track participation in safety training programs and lead safety meetings.
• Maintain emergency response plans and lead drills; provide leadership and coaching to department personnel.
