Job summary
Beehive Industries is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs at our Loveland, Ohio facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, fosters a strong safety culture, and supports safe operations across manufacturing, laboratories, and related activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or R&D environments.
- CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal requirements.
- Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams on EHS initiatives.
- Foster a strong safety culture and frontline operator engagement.
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver EHS training for site employees.
