Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in safety, environment, chemical or environmental engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience as an EHS professional, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of state/federal air, water, and waste regulations and industrial hygiene concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the long-term EHS strategy and improvement plan for the Attica site.
• Oversee incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage the EHS budget and capital project reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with EPA, Indiana, and local rules; coordinate with maintenance and operations.
• Provide training and lead safety committees; participate in corporate EHS initiatives.
