Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Senior Site EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at Plant 4. The role focuses on preventing injuries, ensuring environmental compliance, and collaborating with site leadership to resolve safety issues.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–8 years in manufacturing health and safety, and CSP/CIH certifications are preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Regular strategic communication with Plant 4 leadership and divisional EH&S Manager.
• Ensure execution of environmental compliance aspects for Plant 4.
• Assist plant manager in strategic planning and safety data analysis.
• Act as a behavior-based safety coach to site leadership teams.
• Assist in facilitation of business unit safety calls.
• Work with site EHS coordinators on site safety plans and programs.
• Conduct safety assessments and audits, PPE and ergonomic reviews.
• Lead site-level incident problem solving and corrective actions.
• Participate in safety committees and training sessions.
• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory reporting; stay current on trends.
